Prenatal massage therapy is one of the best ways to naturally support a healthy pregnancy, and honor the incredible journey for you, your body and your baby. This deeply relaxing and restorative treatment focuses on relieving the aches and soreness which commonly can accompany pregnancy, and soothing away stress. Our thorough consultation, specialized techniques and bolstering ensure your constant comfort and wellbeing throughout each prenatal session, beginning in your first trimester all the way through delivery. Once you reach your estimated due date, at your request we can offer massage therapy for induction, in which we work pressure points believed to naturally encourage the onset of labor. 60, 75 and 90 minute prenatal massage sessions are available (at $185, $220 and $240 respectively); just ask if you'd like a longer session on booking!
