Your session will begin with consultation where your therapist will listen to your individual wellness goals and design a treatment plan around them. Our work seamlessly merges a variety of styles including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, craniosacral and energetic healing to relieve muscular tension and support general wellness, stress reduction, detox, special occasion prep and more.
